Premier Online Investment Community - DanceswithBulls.com Highlights HiEnergy Technologies Inc.
DanceswithBulls.com discusses HiEnergy Technology Inc (OTCBB: HIET) and their revolutionary products that can detect explosives through steel, cocaine through rice, and anthrax through envelopes.
February 17, 2005 -- Terrorist attacks around the world have made apparent vast vulnerabilities in the methods, services, and systems used to protect government and corporate assets. The need for governments and commercial organizations to detect, accurately identify and mitigate security risks requires comprehensive security measures to counter growing global security and terrorist threats. Government, military and business organizations around the world are adapting to this new this new threat. With an increase in the demand and budgets for products that will help prevent terrorism, HiEnergy Technologies Inc (OTCBB: HIET) and their revolutionary stoichiometric detection and imaging technology may very well become a desired addition to the security measures of airlines, ports, police, security, corporations, militaries and governments.
Detect Explosive Through Steel, Cocaine Through Rice, and Anthrax Through Paper:
HiEnergy Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: HIET) believes it has invented and developed the world's first noninvasive stoichiometric detection and imaging technology. HiEnergy's SuperSenzor can retrieve from 3 ft away, in a matter of seconds, the chemical formula and 3D image of explosives through steel or soil; of cocaine through rice; or of anthrax through paper. The empirical chemical formulas of substances and their locations are obtained non-invasively, trans- barrier and online. HiEnergy is unaware of any other stoichiometric detector on the market or in laboratory stages.
Systems currently in use at airports and in industry, such as X-rays or microwaves, can detect density but not chemical compositions. This technology retrieves precise images of varying densities but is 'chemically-blind', i.e. it is unable to differentiate between explosives and common substances. SuperSenzor uses a combined action of neutrons, alpha particles, and gamma rays to overcome this limitation. HiEnergy's systems, for the first time, inform the user of the exact chemical composition of the unknown substance, allowing them to take immediate action or to continue screening.
January 27th, 2005 HIET Receives First $297,500 Order For Its SIEGMA Explosive Detector and Identifier:
The Spanish order in the amount of $297,550 for the system as configured by the purchaser, along with a down payment and guarantee of the balance upon delivery, was received from Compania de Aprovisionamiento Especifico S.L., located in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. The order has been confirmed separately in writing by the Asociacion Industrial de Canarias (ASINCA), a leading industry trade association in the Canary Islands, Spain.
The SIEGMA(TM) E3E is an intelligent and mobile suitcase-borne explosive detector and identifier, incorporating HiEnergy's proprietary "stoichiometric"* technology, or Stoitech(TM), which provides for the remote and automatic decoding of the quantitative empirical chemical formulas of targeted substances through steel and other barriers. Together with the advantages offered by its mobility and stand-off design, the SIEGMA E3E is particularly well-suited for the detection of terrorist-made bombs, or Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). Unlike military ordnance, IEDs are unconventional in their delivery, often inaccessible by vehicle-borne systems, and contain non-standard mixtures that require chemical formula identification

February 3, 2005 Spanish Investor Group to Commit to Manufacture and Sell One Hundred Five (105) Units of SIEGMA Within 2 Years:
HIET announced that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to form a joint venture company which will establish and maintain an assembly, testing, sales and service center in Tenerife, Spain for HiEnergy's Stoitech(TM) explosive detection products, including the CarBomb Finder(TM) and SIEGMA(TM) systems.
The Spanish investor group will bear all initial costs related to the formation of TAESA, secure the paid-in capital necessary to ensure its viability and sustainability, and commit to manufacture and sell ONE HUNDRED FIVE (105) units of HiEnergy's SIEGMA(TM) products WITHIN A TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD.

Summary:
HiEnergy Technologies products have been in the developmental stages over the past several years and the first of what is expected to be many orders was recently received. Stock prices often rise and fall in correlation to the various stages of a products development and introduction to the market. The greatest investor gains are often realized during the introduction of a product to the market. As demand grows and products sell, revenue increases as does shareholder value.
The possibilities appear to be endless for the stoichiometric detection technology of HiEnergy Technologies. Airport security screening, customs contraband detection, biological weapons detection, landmine detection, industrial quality control processing, bomb detection, drug trafficking prevention are a few of the possible applications.
With unlimited potential and substantial budgets set aside to fight terrorism around the world, HIET technology products will likely rise in demand dramatically over the course of the next few years and shareholder value should increase significantly.
